摘要: 回顾了近50年来浙江省核农学的发展和主要成就,包括辐射诱变育种、空间诱变育种及相关遗传机理,辐射不育技术及分子生物学机理,辐照加工和农产品贮藏保鲜,同位素示踪技术在动植物生理生化、生物化学和农药安全中的应用。探讨今后核农学的发展趋势,以及与现代生物技术和信息技术结合来提升核农学发展水平。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the development and main achievements of nuclear agricultural sciences in Zhejiang province in the past 50 years, including radiation mutation breeding, space mutation breeding and related heredity mechanism, radiation sterile insect technique and related molecular biology mechanism, the agricultural products storage and preservation by irradiation processing, isotope tracing techniques for animal-plant physiology, biochemical and agrochemical safety. The possible development and trend of nuclear agroscience was discussed and the modern bio-technology and infotechnology was suggested to be introduced for improving its methodology.
