湖南柚类种质的数量分类与主成分分析

Numerical taxonomy and principal component analysis of pummelo germplasm in Hunan Province

摘要: 利用SPSS 170软件对47个湖南柚类品种资源的37个花器官和果实形态学性状进行了品种Q型聚类及其性状的R型聚类,同时对37个形态学性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明:37个性状对47个柚类品种资源聚类,可将柚类品种分成6个组群;37个形态性状聚类也可分为6个组;经主成分分析,37个花果性状可综合为12个主成分,其累积贡献率达8158%,根据前12个主成分与性状的相关性,选出了32个影响力较大的性状,这些性状综合了柚类特有的花器官因子和果实因子。

Abstract: Q\|cluster analysis and R\|cluster analysis were used to examine the 37 morphological characteristics of flower and fruit of 47 pummelo cultivars in Hunan Province, and the 37 morphological characteristics were analyzed with principal component analysis of SPSS 170 software. The results showed that the 47 pummelo cultivars could be classified into 6 groups based on Q\|cluster analysis, and the 37 morphological characteristics could be divided into 6 groups as well according to R\|cluster analysis. The principal component analysis showed that 37 morphological characteristics could be integrated into 12 principal components(PC) and their additive contributing rate amounted to 8158%, and 32 major discriminating characteristics in relation to pummelo flower factor and fruit factor were selected according to the relativity between 12 PC and characteristics.
