摘要: 研究了泥炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石、黄土、河沙不同基质配比对茶树穴盘扦插繁育效果的影响。结果表明: 采用泥炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石等轻基质能明显提高插穗生根率、促进根系和茶苗生长;泥炭土—珍珠岩(5∶1,V/V)混合基质中生长的茶苗成活率较高,苗高、茎粗和新生叶片数明显高于其他处理。

Abstract: The effect of different substrates on the propagation of tea plug seedling was studied with peat soil, perlite, vermiculite, loess and river sand as raw materials. The results showed that the cutting survival rate, root and tea plant growth were significantly increased by using lightmedium such as peat soil, perlite, vermiculite and so on. The survival rate, plant height, stem diameter and number of new leaves in the substrate of peatperlite(5∶1) were higher than other treatments.
