发酵床垫料中优势细菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性研究

摘要: 为选育养猪生物发酵床优势菌种,分析了湖南地区正常运行的发酵床中优势细菌种类,并对其生物学特性进行了初步探讨。从生态养猪模式的发酵床中分离纯化优势细菌,通过形态学、16S rDNA序列分析和同源性比较,鉴定出不同种属的10株细菌,其中5株为芽孢杆菌。菌株耐热试验结果表明,5株芽孢杆菌耐热能力强,能安全度过发酵床发酵过程的高温期。5株优势芽孢杆菌能够产生与猪粪降解相关的酶类,有3株菌对某些病原菌具有抑制作用,对猪安全并有促进生长的功能。

Abstract: The key technology of deep-litter system is the activity of microbial communities, so superior bacterium of deep-litter system become research hotpot in recent years. To provide a scientific basis for the deep-litter system, efficient bacteria strains were isolated by using pure culturing methods and the microbial community diversity were studied. The dominant bacteria in the active deep-litter ecosystem for pigs were studied and 10 strains were isolated.All of them were identified to be different specie, including 5 Bacillus strains by morphology analysis, 16S rDNA sequence analysis and homology analysis.The isolated Bacillus strains were resistant to heat and some were good for the deodorization by decomposing manure with related enzymes. Furthermore,some pathogenetic bacteria were inhibited by the filtered extracellular cultures of the isolated stains. This research indicated that Bacillus sp plays an important role in the deep-litter systems to achieve the goals: safty, enviroment protection.
