SNP复合抗冷剂对黄瓜幼苗耐冷性的影响

摘要: 以SNP为基料,配制了一种抗寒剂,以黄瓜‘津研4号’为试材进行低温下生理抗寒指标的测定。试验结果表明:SNP+混合剂A处理能够比SNP单独处理更有效地提高低温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗可溶性蛋白质含量、抗氧化酶SOD、POD、APX活性及根系活力,缓解低温胁迫对黄瓜幼苗造成的氧化损伤,提高其耐冷性。

Abstract: Based on SNP, a kind of cold\|resistant agent was formulated. Cucumber cv. Jinyan No. 4 was used as material to study the biochemical and physiological indexes related to the ability of cold\|resistance under low temperature. The results showed that, compared with SNP treatment, SNP+mixture A treatment was more effective to increase soluble protein content, antioxidant enzymes SOD, POD, APX activity and root activity of cucumber seedlings under low temperature stress, and could alleviate the oxidative damage caused by low temperature stress on cucumber seedlings, and increase the cold resistance.
