摘要:

当前生产上应用的长豇豆品种众多,且商业品种间的遗传相似性愈来愈高,种子质量纠纷时有发生。本研究以44份核心长豇豆种质为试材,利用普通豇豆DNA序列信息,通过生物信息学方法自主设计开发适用于长豇豆研究的SSR引物,从中筛选出10对诊断性引物,在此基础上建立基于SSR分子标记技术的长豇豆种子纯度快速检测方法,可满足长豇豆种子产业化的需要。

Abstract: Current application of large number of commercial asparagus bean cultivars with very high genetic similarity caused more and more disputes on seed quality. In this research, a set of SSR markers for asparagus bean were developed based on a bioinformatics-based approach. Ten of these markers were defined as diagnostic markers by genotyping a core collection of asparagus bean consisting of 44 lines. Based on this, a rapid and precise SSR-based procedure for asparagus bean seed quality surveying was established, which would meet the demand of rapidly developing asparagus bean industry.
