Abstract: Ejiangdou 6, Ejiangdou 2, Ejiangdou 7 and Meiguo Didou were used as research materials and cytokinin (CTK) was sprayed in the budding period on cowpea leaves, with the same amount of water as a control (CK). Spectral indexes and fluorescence parameters of cowpea leaves were determined after spraying cytokininon at 7 days (early flowering stage), 14 days (flourishing flowering stage), 28 days (flourishing podding stage), 42 days (final stage). The results showed, with the increase of processing time, the change trends of CRI1 and ARI1 of all cowpea varieties leaves were down-up-down, while NDVI, WBI and PRI were up-down-up and there was no significant difference between spraying cytokininon and the control. On 28 days after spraying cytokininon, compared with the control, qP increased by 1.37%, Y(Ⅱ) and Fv/Fm reduced by 1.92%and 2.35%, respectively, which had no significant difference from CK.
