Abstract: Based on SNP， a kind of cold\|resistant agent was formulated. Cucumber cv. Jinyan No. 4 was used as material to study the biochemical and physiological indexes related to the ability of cold\|resistance under low temperature. The results showed that, compared with SNP treatment， SNP+mixture A treatment was more effective to increase soluble protein content， antioxidant enzymes SOD， POD， APX activity and root activity of cucumber seedlings under low temperature stress， and could alleviate the oxidative damage caused by low temperature stress on cucumber seedlings， and increase the cold resistance.
