Abstract

Abstract: Accelerating the transition and upgrading of agriculture as well as transforming agricultural development mode is not only a fundamental requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development, but also a must to realize agricultural modernization. In such a process, the Eastern China should take the lead. This paper analyses challenges and problems faced in the new era of modern agriculture development in Zhejiang province. And a framework guideline, together with strategic paths and focuses are suggested, related to accelerating agricultural transition and upgrading as well as transforming the development mode in Eastern China as a whole.
