Analysis of genetic diversity in Curcuma wenyujin by ISSR

Abstract: The genetic diversity of six C.wenyujin populations were analyzed by ISSR.Eleven primers were screened on the template of total DNA of six C.wenyujin populations.A total of 82 bands were amplified,26 of which,31.7% of the total bands were polymorphic bands.Genetic similarity coefficient was obtained by NTSYS-pc(Version 2.10e)software.Nei's genetic identity and genetic distance for six C.wenyujin populations were obtained by POPGENE 1.32 software,and the dendrogram was constructed by MEGA 3.1 software.The results suggested that the genetic divemity of C.wenyujin from these six different geographical populations was low.
