Abstract: Six immunological properties，including complement C3 content，complement C4 content，alkaline phosphatase（AKP） activity，acid phosphatase （ACP） activity，superoxidde dismutase（SOD） activity and catalase（CAT） activity，were compared between the hybrid snakehead and their parents stocks. The results indicated that all of the immunological traits analyzed in maternal stock Ophiocephalus maculatu were significantly higher than those of paternal stocks Ophiocephalus argus Cantor in CAT activity（P<0.05），and lower in ACP activity（P<0.05），except complement C3，C4 content and AKP activity（P >0.05）. While in hybrid stock，almost all properties were between their parents；however，the complement C3 and C4 content were lower than their parents（P >0.05） and the SOD activity was higher than their parents （P<0.05）.
