摘要:
为完善绣球的种质评价体系,以引种的25个绣球品种为试材,通过观察记录、形态数据测量等方法,将绣球品种的适应性、抗逆性和观赏性等方面的评价指标进行量化处理,并以遗传变异性为切入点进行数量性状分析,聚类分析结合层次分析法进行综合评价和等级排序。结果表明:扦插成活率、花色可调性和单个花序小花朵数等指标在评价中占有主导地位,聚类分析法与层次分析法在评价体系中结果较为一致,通过分析数据可证实其科学性与有效性。万华镜、小町、卡米拉、你我的情感、爆米花、魔幻水晶和你我的永恒7个绣球品种评价结果达到Ⅰ级。这些品种具有花色可调,冠幅较大,单个花序小花朵数较多,扦插成活率较高,同时株型为直立或半直立,抗逆性较强等共性特点,可在园林绿地中规模化应用。
