20种石斑鱼属鱼类的核型似近系数聚类分析

Clustering analysis of karyotype resemblance\|near coefficient of 20 Epinephelus species

摘要: 应用核型似近系数聚类分析方法对20种石斑鱼属鱼类的亲缘关系进行了研究,并计算各石斑鱼间的核型进化距离。结果表明:六带石斑鱼(Epinephelus sexfasciatus)和东大西洋石斑鱼(E.marginatus)核型似近系数最大(09986),核型进化距离最小(00014),亲缘关系最近;蜂巢石斑鱼(E.merra)和巨石斑鱼(E.tauvina) 核型似近系数最小(08289),核型进化距离最大(01877),亲缘关系最远;20种石斑鱼属鱼类的核型似近系数聚类分析表明,具有复杂核型的物种与简单核型物种间表现出较远的遗传距离;本结果将为石斑鱼属鱼类系统演化、资源合理利用及保护等方面的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Genetic evolutionary distance of 20 species of Epinephelus was calculated using the clustering analysis of karyotype resemblance\|near coefficient (KRC) based on the karyotype parameters. Results showed that the biggest KRC(λ=09986) and the smallest evolutionary distance(De=00014) appeared between Epinephelus sexfasciatus and E. marginatus, indicating the closest relationship. The smallest KRC(λ=08289) and the biggest evolutionary distance(De=01877) appeared between E. merra and E. tauvina, indicating the farthest distant relationship. The clustering analysis show the bigger evolutionary distant appeared between the species with complicated karyotype and species with simple karyotype. The results of clustering analysis disagreed partially with the phylogeny results based on the morphology of these species. The above results would provide a scientific reference for reasonable resources utilization, protection and phylogeny research of Epinephelus genus.
