叶面营养对杨梅果实品质及采后贮藏的影响

Effects of foliar nutrition on fruit quality and postharvest storage of Chinese bayberry

摘要: 以丁岙杨梅为试材,研究叶面肥对杨梅果实品质及采后贮藏的影响。结果表明,喷施叶面肥可显著提高杨梅果实品质,爱农氨基酸处理效果最佳,果实固形物、总糖含量平均比对照提高130、152个百分点,总酸含量平均比对照降低022个百分点,糖酸比、固酸比明显提高,其次为美钙镁和翠康钙宝。喷施叶面肥可显著降低果实失水率、烂果率,其中美钙镁、翠康钙宝处理失水率分别比对照降低507和407个百分点,烂果率分别比对照减少784和790个百分点。喷施叶面肥还可延缓杨梅品质变化,降低果实POD活性及变化幅度,其中翠康钙宝处理果实的品质下降幅度和POD活性变化幅度最小。

Abstract: The fruit quality and postharvest storage characteristics in ‘Dingao Chinese bayberry (Myrica rubra Sieb.& Zucc.) treated with foliar nutrition were investigated in this study. The results showed that treatment of foliar nutrition significantly increased fruit quality of Chinese bayberry, and the effect of Ainong amino acid on Chinese bayberry fruit quality was the best. The fruit soluble solids and total sugar contents, increased by 130% and 152%, respectively, while total acid content was 022% lower than the control group. In addition, the sugar acid ratio and soluble solid content to titration acid ratio were significantly increased compared with the control. The effects of Meigaimei and Cuikanggaibao were lower than Ainong amino acid. In addition, treatment of foliar nutrition significantly reduced fruit water loss rate and rotting\|pod rate. Among them, effects of Meigaimei on water loss rate and rotting\|pod rate were reduced by 507% and 784% compared with the control, respectively, while the effects of Cuikanggaibao on water loss rate and rotting\|pod rate were reduced 407% and 790% compared with the control, respectively. The results also showed that fruit quality changes were slowed down and POD activities were reduced after foliar nutrition treatment, and Cuikanggaibao showed the best effect.
