光合荧光参数等指标对室内悬挂植物12个品种的耐荫性评价

Evaluation on shade\|tolerance of twelve indoor hanging plant species by using several indexes such as chlorophyll fluorescence parameters

摘要: 以12个植物品种为试材,通过对3种遮荫条件下的叶片叶绿素荧光参数、生长增量、比叶面积、叶片含水量、叶绿素含量等指标进行测定, 同时对各项指标进行主成分分析,然后利用隶属函数法分析综合评价值,对12个室内悬挂植物品种进行耐荫性评价。结果表明,不同遮荫条件下叶绿素荧光参数等指标差异明显,12个品种耐荫性从强到弱依次为黄花鲸鱼花、花叶球兰、牛奶嘴、花叶口红花、广州金鱼花、花叶薜荔、龙株花、金叶绿萝、直立口红花、圆叶红花口红花、翠锦口红花、橙花金鱼花。

Abstract: To investigate the shade\|tolerance of indoor hanging plants, several physiological and biochemical indexes, such as the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, growth increment, specific leaf area, leaf water content, chlorophyll content were determined in 12 indoor hanging plant species under 3 differential shade conditions. This study did principal component analysis of various indicators, and then the method of membership function was used to analysis the ordering of plant shade tolerance in 12 hanging species. The results showed that indexes such as chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were significantly different under differential shade conditions, shade\|tolerance of 12 hanging plant species from strong to weak order was Columnea cv. Yellow, Hoya Carnosa cv. Variegata, Aeschynanthus cv. Milk mouth, Aeschynanthus cv. Variegata, Columnea cv. Guangzhou, Ficus pumila cv. Variegata, Columnea cv. Long Zhu, Scindapsus Aureun cv. Golden, Aeschynanthus cv. Upright, Aeschynanthus cv. Round leaves and red flowers, Aeschynanthus cv. Cui Jin, Columnea cv. Orange.
