Application of imidacloprid coating over the seeds of oilseed rape Ⅱ. Effects on the oilseed rape development

摘要: 在田间条件下研究了吡虫啉(高巧,60%悬浮剂)包衣处理对油菜蚜虫发生的影响。播种前对油菜种子进行不同浓度(药种比分别为1∶5、1∶25、1∶125)的药剂包衣处理。结果表明,油菜苗期的营养生长(株高、叶面积、叶片数、叶绿素含量、植株鲜干质量)及花期的生殖生长(花朵大小、花器官质量、花器官游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和淀粉含量)均不受吡虫啉种衣剂处理的显著影响;但角果的坐果率和籽粒形成受到了显著的影响,如单株阴角数随处理浓度的升高而增加,角果大小、质量及角果内籽粒数和质量均受到了显著的影响。以上结果说明,吡虫啉种子包衣处理对油菜的苗期和花期作用不明显,但可显著影响油菜最终结实。

Abstract: Effects of imidacloprid (Gaucho) coating on aphids in fields of oilseed rape were studied. Seeds were treated by Gaucho in different ratios of 1∶5, 1∶25 and 1∶125 (weight of chemicals versus seeds). The results showed that vegetative growth (plant height, leaf area, number of leaves, chlorophyll contents and plant weight) at seedling-stage and reproductive growth at flowering-stage (flower size, flower weight, proline/soluble protein/ soluble sugar and starch contents in the flowers) were not significantly affected by treatments; but the fruiting was significantly inhibited, i.e. empty pods were increased as the treated concentration elevated, size/weight/ seeds of pods together with the seeds weight were significantly decreased. Results above suggested that imidacloprid as a seed-coating agent could significantly affect the fruiting, but showed no effect on the seedling and flowering of oilseed rape.
