摘要: 提出了一种基于机器视觉的山核桃等级检测方法。在对山核桃形状充分理解的基础上,采用CCD相机获取其数字图像,通过数学形态学的方法,提取山核桃图像的横径、果长、大小等特征。结合山核桃的几何尺寸建立数学模型。根据山核桃从业人员建议,对这些特征赋予一定的权重,建立综合等级评价标准,据此来综合评定山核桃的等级。试验结果表明,该分级方法较机器筛选法更客观、合理,分级结果更符合人们的消费心理和视觉习惯。

Abstract: A detection method has been introduced for cathay hickory grade based on machine vision in this paper. On the basis of adequate understanding of cathay hickory shape, its digital images were obtained using CCD camera. The width, length and weight of the fruit were extracted through mathematical morphology method. According to these characteristics, the mathematical model was established. The weight for each characteristic was endowed based on some suggestions of jobholders. Comprehensive evaluation standard for cathay hickory grade was established. It was demonstrated that the classification method was objective and reasonable, and the classification results were more accord with peoples consumer psychology and visual habit.
