Comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance of four Lysimachia species by using subordinate function

Abstract: The drought resistance of four Lysimachia species under drought stress was evaluated with subordinate function, and the physiological and biochemical indexes such as exosmosis rate of cytoplasm,content of malondialdehyde(MDA),activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and pemxidase(POD),content of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein were measures.The results indicated that the order of drought resistance Was-"Lysimachia alfredii> Lysimachia christinae ‘huaye’and Lysimachia nummularia‘Aurea’> Lysimachia congestiflora.This experiment showed that plant drought resistance was a comprehensive index.
