Clustering analysis of 30 specific maize inbred lines by SSR markers

Abstract

Abstract: Four temperate key inbred lines (Ye478，Dan340，Mo17 and Huangzaosi)representing 4 heterotic groups used dominantly in China，and 30 specific maize inbred lines that suited in Zhejiang Province were selected for clustering analysis by SSR markers. Forty core SSR primers were selected， 169 alleles were detected in these inbred lines， and the average PIC was 063. The 26 inbred lines are classified into five groups， 8 inbred lines are classified as a mixedgroup．
