白桦伸展素蛋白结构分析及同源建模

摘要: 以白桦伸展素蛋白序列为研究材料,利用生物信息学方法分析该蛋白的氨基酸组成、等电点、疏水/亲水性、跨膜区、二级结构和三级结构等性质,并将其同黑杨、棉花、大豆的伸展素蛋白进行比对和同源分析。结果表明,该蛋白的分子式为C680H1099N195O195S11,为亲水性、不稳定的非跨膜蛋白,主要构件为α\|螺旋和无规则卷曲,与黑杨有较高的同源性。

Abstract: By using bioinformatics methods and tools, the physical and chemical properties, transmembrane, hydrophobicity and hyrdrophilicity, secondary structure and tertiary structure of extensin protein of Betula phatyphylla were analyzed and then compared with other species in this paper. The result showed that the molecular formula is C680H1099N195O195S11. Extensin protein is hydrophilic and not transmembrane protein, whose main component is α\|helix and random coil and similar to Populus nigra.
