面包酵母硒与酪酸梭菌制剂对肉鸡生长、抗氧化和肠道菌群的影响

摘要: 为研究面包酵母硒和酪酸梭菌制剂对肉鸡生长、抗氧化能力和肠道菌群的影响。选取120羽8日龄肉鸡随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10羽。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮,酵母硒组饲喂含有025 mg·kg-1面包酵母硒的基础日粮,酪酸菌组饲喂含有01%的酪酸梭菌制剂的基础日粮,富硒酪酸菌组饲喂含有01%酪酸梭菌制剂和025 mg·kg-1面包酵母硒的基础日粮。肉鸡饲喂35 d后,检测肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化能力和肠道菌群。结果表明,3个试验组的日增重极显著高于对照组(P<001),富硒酪酸菌组的日增重显著高于酵母硒组(P<005);富硒酪酸菌组的料重比对照组下降了446%(P<005);酵母硒组、富硒酪酸菌组的血清总抗氧化能力分别比对照组提高了1459%和1305%,总超氧化物歧化酶活性分别比对照组高2235%,2563%(P>005);富硒酪酸菌组的血清丙二醛含量极显著低于对照组(P<001);酪酸梭菌能显著促进空肠和盲肠中的双歧杆菌数量(P<001),降低盲肠中的肠球菌数量和大肠杆菌数量(P<001)。结果表明,面包酵母硒和酪酸梭菌制剂联合使用,既可增强机体抗氧化能力,又能改善肠道菌群结构,所以富硒酪酸菌组肉鸡比各自单独应用组的生产性能更佳。

Abstract:  This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae selenium and Clostridium butyricum on growth performance, antioxidant ability and intestinal microflora. One hundred and twenty 8\|day\|old broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 10 chickens per replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet. The yeast selenium group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 025 mg·kg-1 Saccharomyces cerevisiae selenium. The Clostridium butyricum group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 01% Clostridium butyricum additive. The Se\|riched Clostridium butyricum group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 01% Clostridium butyricum additive and 025 mg·kg-1 Saccharomyces cerevisiae selenium. The experiment lasted for 35 days, growth, antioxidant ability and intestinal microflora of the chickens were determined. The results showed that the average daily weight gain in yeast selenium group, Clostridium butyricum group and Se\|riched Clostridium butyricum group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<001). The average daily weight gain of Se\|riched Clostridium butyricum group was significantly higher than that of the yeast selenium group (P<005). Feed\|gain ratio of Se\|riched Clostridium butyricum group decreased by 446% compared with the control group (P<005). The total antioxidant ability in serum of the yeast selenium group and Se\|riched Clostridium butyricum group increased by 1459% and 1305%, and the total superoxide dismutase in serum increased by 2235% and 2563% (P>005),respectively. The content of malondialdehyde in serum of Se\|riched Clostridium butyricum group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<001). Clostridium butyricum could improve the number of Bifidobacterium spp. in jejunum and caecum (P<001) and decrease the number of Enterococcus spp. and E.coli in caecum of chickens (P<001). The results indicated that the dietary supplementation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae selenium and Clostridium butyricum additive could improve the antioxidant ability in serum and the structure of intestinal microflora, the chickens in Se\|riched Clostridium butyricum group had better growth performance in comparison with those in the separate application groups.
