植物体内硫的运输与同化的研究进展

摘要: 硫作为继氮、磷、钾之后的第4个重要营养元素,是植物生长和生理功能的必须元素。硫在植物体内的吸收运输和同化代谢对植物生长发育、产量和品质、耐逆性和抗病虫等都具有重要意义。文章综述了近年来植物体内硫的运输与同化以及硫酸盐吸收和同化通道的调节等方面的研究进展,并就今后的研究方向和重点提出建议。

Abstract: Sulfur as the fourth major plant nutrient after N, P and K is an essential element for growth and physiological function plants. Uptake and assimilation of sulfur in plants are of great importance for growth and development, yield and quality, stress tolerance, disease and insect resistance and so on of plants. This paper reviewed recent progress on transport and assimilation of sulfur in plants as well as regulation of sulfate uptake and assimilation channels in plants, and put forward suggestions on the further research direction and keystones.
