Effect of composite inoculants on fermentation of cow manure composting

摘要:

研究了接种复合菌剂对牛粪堆肥发酵的影响。结果表明,在含12%木屑的堆肥中添加复合菌剂与否并不影响其发酵;在含6%木屑的堆肥中添加复合菌剂能使堆肥迅速升温发酵;在不添加木屑的堆肥中添加复合菌剂也无明显作用。因此,接种复合菌剂能促进含6%木屑牛粪堆肥的发酵,并可减少辅料用量,降低畜禽粪便处理成本。

Abstract: The influence of composite inoculants on fermentation of cow manure composting containing different rates of sawdust was studied. The results showed that vaccination of composite inoculants did not affect fermentation process of the composting containing 12% sawdust,but improved fermentation of the composting containing 6% of sawdust rapidly. Meanwhile, vaccination of composite inoculants could not speed up fermentation of fresh cow manure composting without sawdust. In conclusion, vaccination of composite inoculants could promote the fermentation process of cow manure composting containing 6% sawdust, and could reduce the materials consumption and manure handling cost.
