摘要: 为优化铁皮石斛快速繁殖体系,以铁皮石斛无菌幼苗为外植体,采用单因素试验研究了基本培养基、香蕉浓度、活性炭浓度和NAA浓度以及光源、光照时间和温度对铁皮石斛幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,铁皮石斛幼苗壮苗培养的适宜培养基为B5(或改良MS2)+香蕉70 g·L-1+AC 03 g·L-1+NAA 15 mg·L-1+蔗糖30 g·L-1,适宜培养条件为红光LED光源,光照时间16 h·d-1,温度(25±1)℃。

Abstract: In order to optimize the micro\|propagation system of Dendrobium officinale, the aseptic seedlings were used to study the effects of minimal medium, banana amount, activated carbon concentration, NAA concentration, light source, illumination time and temperature on the growth of seedlings through single\|factor experiments. The results showed that the best strengthening medium for seedling growth of Dendrobium officinale was the B5(or improved MS2) with 70 g·L-1 banana, 03 g·L-1 activated carbon, 15 mg·L-1 NAA and 30 g·L-1 sucrose, and the optimum culture condition was at red LED light source, illumination time of 16 h·d-1, and the temperature of (25±1)℃.
