摘要:
为了了解A-FABP基因第2外显子单核苷酸多态在黑羽番鸭群体中的分布情况,以及这些单核苷酸多态与性能的关联性,文章采用PCR-SSCP技术检测了黑羽番鸭A-FABP基因第2外显子多态性,分析了该群体遗传参数,以及多态性与生长性能、肉品质的关联性,以期为分子标记辅助选择提供参考。结果表明,黑羽番鸭A-FABP基因第2外显子上存在A-C突变,为同义突变。形成了AA型、AB型和BB型3种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.098 8、0.401 2和0.500 0,A等位基因频率为0.299 4,B等位基因频率为0.700 6。群体纯合度为0.580 5,杂合度为0.419 5,多态信息含量为0.331 5。AA型公鸭初生体重显著高于AB型和BB型。公鸭AA型腹脂重显著高于AB型和BB型,AA型腺肌胃重显著高于BB型。母鸭AB型、BB型的半净膛率显著性高于AA型,AA型腹脂重显著高于BB型,AA型腹脂率显著高于AB型和BB型。公鸭胸肌AA型pH值显著高于AB型和BB型。AA型和AB型公鸭胸肌中肌苷酸含量显著高于BB型,AB型天冬氨酸含量显著高于AA型。BB型母鸭胸肌中谷氨酸含量显著高于AA型。AA型公鸭腿肌中谷氨酸、甘氨酸含量显著高于AB型和BB型。AA型母鸭腿肌中甘氨酸含量显著高于AB型和BB型,AA型母鸭腿肌中苏氨酸、缬氨酸含量显著高于BB型。因此,A-FABP基因外显子2中的A-C可用于黑羽番鸭腹脂重和肌肉部分氨基酸含量的辅助选择。
