红花大金元烤烟品种化学品质组成的特征分析

Chemical quality characteristics of Hongda flue-cured tobacco

摘要: 对红花大金元烤烟与K326、云烟85和云烟87等主栽烤烟品种的化学组成进行了比较,以102种主要化学成分和致香成分为对象,采用偏最小二乘分析法进行了聚类分析。聚类分析结果表明,红花大金元中某些化学成分与其他烤烟品种存在明显的差异,红花大金元烤烟的特征化学成分为多酚、苹果酸、十八酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、新绿原酸、绿原酸、4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸、芸香苷、山奈酚苷、4-甲基-5H-呋喃-2-酮、巨豆三烯酮、十四醛、十四酸、螺岩兰草酮、寸拜醇。

Abstract: Partial least-squares method was employed in the analysis on 102 common and main flavor related compounds of flue-cured tobacco between Hongda and other varieties of flue-cured tobacco such as K326, Yunyan85 and Yunyan87. The result of cluster analysis showed that there was significant difference in certain chemical components between Hongda and other varieties of flue-cured tobacco. Further data analysis indicated that polyphenol, malic acid, octadecanoic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, megastigmatrienone, 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid, rutin, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, furan-2(5H)-one,4-methyl, tetradecyl aldehyde, tetradecanoic acid, solavetivone and thunbergol were the main compounds that were closely related to the chemical quality characteristics of Hongda flue-cured tobacco.
