腐殖酸对金华佛手生长和品质的影响

摘要: 研究了不同浓度腐殖酸对盆栽金华佛手生长和品质的影响,结果表明:不同浓度的腐殖酸对佛手的影响效果不同,喷施4次150 mg/L腐殖酸后,佛手叶片面积、叶绿素a和叶绿素(a+b)的含量以及可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量都显著高于没有喷施腐殖酸的对照,并且不同程度的高于其他浓度处理;而腐殖酸处理8次后,以浓度为100 mg/L的处理效果较好。佛手在浓度为150 mg/L的腐殖酸处理4次后,生理代谢活跃,生命活动和抗逆能力得到提高,最终形成较高的品质。

Abstract: Effect of different concentrations of humic acid on the growth and quality of Citrus medica was studied. The results showed that the leaf area,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content in Citrus medica treated four times by 150 mg·L-1 humic acid were significantly higher than the treatment without humic acid and those at other concentrations. Meanwhile,better growth and quality was found in Citrus medica treated eight times by 100 mg·L-1 humic acid. It indicated that,Citrus medica which was treated four times by 150 mg·L-1 humic acid,showed higher vitality and stress tolerance.
