摘要: 为探明余姚市2023—2024年主产乡镇杨梅的农药残留和膳食暴露风险,对杨梅鲜果样品和农药投入品开展农药残留分析,分别运用点评估和概率评估模型进行膳食暴露风险研究。结果表明:73批次杨梅鲜果中,共检出19种农药残留,未登记农药13种,杨梅样品的农药检出率为74.0%,超范围使用率为68.4%,多残留检出率为39.7%。从点评估结果来看,急、慢性膳食风险范围分别为0.02%~7.73%和0.01%~6.00%,处于可接受范围内。从概率评估结果来看,50岁以下人群的膳食暴露风险处于可控范围,50~74岁人群的高百分位暴露量可能存在风险。研究表明,余姚市杨梅农药的膳食暴露风险处于可接受范围,中老年人群的高百分位暴露量可能存在风险,建议将吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑和氯氟氰菊酯列为风险管控的重点。
