New requirements for grapes of national food safety standard GB 2763-2016

Abstract: National food safety standard ‘Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food' (GB 2763-2016) puts forward more new requirements for pesticide residues in food, maximum residue limit and detection methods. In this paper, the changes in the provisions of grapes or berries in the new standard were summarized, and were compared with relevant international standards, to provide reference for the development of related industries.
