Abstract: The relationships between eight agronomic traits and six malting quality traits of eight barley cultivars were analyzed by the correlation analysis and gray relational analysis. For plot yield, the highest association with barley yield was 1 000-seed weight, followed by ear bearing tiller and setting rate. And the correlation between plot yield and 1 000-seed weight was highly significant. The association degree between growth period and plot yield was the lowest. The association degree between malting quality and amino\|nitrogen was the highest, which was significantly positive. And the association degree between malting quality and malt extract was the lowest.
