Abstract:

A method was developed to determine the residue of zoxamide in cucumber and soil by gas chromatography(GC).The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by column aluminaB and analyzed by gas chromatography with electron capture detection (GC/ECD). The results showed that the linear ranges were 0.020-0.000 mg·L-1 for zoxamide, the coefficient of correlation was 1 and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) of residues in cucumber and soil was 0.1 mg·kg-1.The average recoveries and coefficient of variations of zoxamide of the method varied from 89.% to 96.% and 4.% to 10.% for cucumber samples, and 90.% to 97.% and 2.% to 4.5 for soil samples. The degradation of zoxamide in cucumber and soil were conformed to the firstorder dynamic equation. The halflife of zoxamide in cucumber and soil were 1.-3. d and 1.-5. d,respectively.
