Study on the morphology genetic diversity of Angiopteris caudatiformis Hieron

Abstract

Abstract: Using of twelve morphological markers,the population genetic diversity of A ngiopteris caudatiformis Hieron were studied through 16 poPulations specimen from Yunnan. The results showed that the genetic diversity existed in different populations,whose CV went beyond 88%. The variance of reproductive traits was less than that of nutrition traits. The correlation analysis indicated that significant correlations existing in eaeh morphological character. The nested variance analysis showed that there was 81.99% varation on average came from different individuals in the same population, which indicated the genetic variance mainly existed within populations.
