Abstract: Rural human capital，as a kind of “living capital”，will have a higher contribution rate on income growth of peasants. In this paper，Zhejiang Province was taken for an example，the correlation of peasants educational level and their income，peasants wage income and their household business income were analyzed by using the regression model. The results showed that the positive correlation was not only observed between educational years of the rural labor and peasants income，but also between peasants wage income and their household business income. However，the effect of educational years of the rural labor on peasants wage income was the most significant.
