摘要:
为研究不同品种茭白的熟性、茭型,以及茭白胡麻斑病抗性等关键性状,本研究收集了来自13个省(市)的116个茭白品种,对各品种的熟性及肉质茎形态进行了系统调查,同步对各品种的内生菰黑粉菌进行分离及形态学鉴定。此外,通过人工接种茭白胡麻斑病生理小种LY-H1后的病情指数分级评价,鉴定各品种对茭白胡麻斑病的抗性。结果表明:在收集的种质中,双季茭53种、单季茭63种,熟性分布以中熟型为主,双季茭多呈圆锥形,单季茭则多为长条形。同时成功分离出103株内生菰黑粉菌,其菌落形态主要分为致密菌丝型和孢子型,致密菌丝型存在卷曲生长型、贴附生长型和隆起生长型3种形态,孢子型存在颗粒型和褶皱型2种形态。此外,单季茭对茭白胡麻斑病的抗性普遍强于双季茭。研究结果为茭白种质资源的收集保存、评价及抗病育种提供了重要的材料基础和科学依据。
