摘要/Abstract

摘要： 系统分析浙江发展低碳农业的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并从政策、法律、激励、投入、科技、示范、宣传、监督等角度,提出浙江发展低碳农业的宏观对策建议与保障措施,以期为推动浙江农业走上低碳、生态、高效、可持续发展道路提供参考。

关键词: 浙江, 低碳农业, SWOT分析, 对策

Abstract: In the present assay, the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats to develop low-carbon agriculture in Zhejiang Province were analyzed, and corresponding macroscopical countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from perspectives of politics, laws, incentives, investment, technology, demonstration, publicity and supervision, to offer references to promote the development of efficient, sustainable and low-carbon agriculture in Zhejiang.
