高低温胁迫下白银豆离区酶活性及其解剖学的研究

Effect of high and low temperature stress on the enzyme activity and anatomy characteristics in the abscission zone of Phaseolus lunatus L.

摘要:

研究了高低温胁迫下白银豆落花落荚率、离区生理特性及解剖学观察,结果表明,高低温处理使白银豆落花落荚率显著增加,分别比对照增加了262.90%和202.69%;可溶性蛋白含量显著降低,分别下降了34.10%和43.33%;高低温处理后白银豆离区纤维素酶活性、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶和过氧化物酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05);且与高温处理相比,低温处理下酶的活性均较高,同时落花落荚率也较高。解剖学实验表明,高低温胁迫条件下白银豆离区细胞膨大,细胞间出现空腔,这可能有利于维管束的断裂脱落。

Abstract: The drop of flowers and pods,and the physiological and anatomy characteristics of abscission zone of Phaseolus lunatus L. under high and low temperature stress were studied. Compared with the control,the drop rate of flowers and pods under high and low temperature stress was significantly increased by 262.90% and 202.69%,respectively. The content of soluble protein was significantly decreased by 34.10% and 43.33%,respectively. The activities of cellulase,polygalacturonase and peroxidase in the abscission zone were all significantly increased after high and low temperature stress. And the activity of these enzyme were higher under low temperature stress than high temperature stress,as well as the rate of the drop of flowers and pods. The analysis of anatomy charateristics showed that the volume of abscission zone cell became large and the cavity formed between cells under high and low temperature stress,which was beneficial to the fracture and shedding of the fascicular.
