氯化钠对甘蓝型油菜种子萌发的胁迫效应

Effect of NaCl stress on seed germination of Brassica napus

摘要: 以种子发芽指数、相对根长和相对苗高为耐盐性指标,研究了不同NaCl浓度对10个油菜品系种子发芽的盐胁迫效应。结果表明:0.4% NaCl的浓度能促进幼苗的生长,对大多数品系发芽指数和相对根长的抑制也不显著,0.6%NaCl的浓度对根的生长有显著的抑制作用,而对其他2个指标的盐胁迫效应不显著,0.8%NaCl的浓度能显著抑制根和苗的生长,但发芽指数没有显著的胁迫反应,1.0%NaCl的浓度能使有些品系发芽,但其发芽指数受到了显著抑制,并且完全抑制了根和苗的生长。综合分析3个指标对NaCl盐胁迫的反映得知,‘S82’和‘制B14’的耐盐性最好,‘Zm50×[9603×浙758]’耐盐性最差。

Abstract: Effects of NaCl stress on the seed germination of 10 rapeseed lines were studied according to such salt tolerance indexes as seed germination index, the relative root length and seedling height. The results showed that when the NaCl concentration was 0.4%, the seedling growth was promoted and the seed germination index and the relative root length were not significantly inhibited for most lines. When the NaCl concentration was 0.6%, relative root length was significantly inhibited, but the other indexes were not significantly inhibited. When the NaCl concentration was 0.8%, relative root length and seedling height were significantly inhibited, but the germination index was not significantly inhibited. When the NaCl concentration was 1.0%, seeds of some lines could also germinate, but the germination index was significantly inhibited and the root and seedling could not grow. In conclusion, S82 and ZhiB14 showed the highest salt tolerance while the salt tolerance of Zm50×[9603×Zhe 758] was the lowest according to the results of three salt tolerance indexes.
