Effects of bag\|removing on fruit quality of persimmon in different bagging treatments

Abstract: To study the effects of bag\|removing on fruit quality of persimmon in different bagging treatments during the critical growth period within one week, white single\|layer composite paper bag and outer yellow and inner black double\|layer bag were selected to bag Fuyu persimmon on Jun. 25th and bags were removed on Oct. 16th, and the treatment without bag\|removing was used as the control. Fruits in each treatment were picked on Oct.17th, Oct.18th, Oct.19th, Oct.21st, Oct.23rd. The results showed that, fruit quality, color, content of carotenoids and Vc were improved after bag\|removing in the critical growth period, but defective fruit rate was increased, which was obviously observed in the treatment of double\|layer bag. According to the results, the treatment of white single\|layer composite paper bag in harvest was suggested in production.
