固体发酵基质中竹红菌素的微波辅助提取

Extraction of hypocrellin from the solid fermentation substrate with microwave-assisting

摘要: 竹红菌素在医药、食品和化工领域有着广泛的应用,高效经济的制备方法是其产业化的基础。试验采用单因子比较的方法考察微波辅助方法对固体发酵基质中竹红菌素提取效率的影响。结果表明,当无水乙醇和竹黄菌的料液比为1∶75,反应温度50℃,提取时间7 min,微波功率600 W时提取效果最佳,竹红菌素的提取率达到0.1%。微波辅助方法能显著提高固体发酵基质中竹红菌素的提取得率。

Abstract: Hypocrellin has wide application prospects in the fields of medicine, food and chemical industry. The preparation method of economical and efficient is the basis of its industrialization. Single factor test method was employed in the study for extraction of hypocrellin from the solid fermentation substrate by microwave-assisting. The results showed that the absolute ethyl alcohol was the appropriate solvent, and the productivity of hypocrellin was up to 0.1% in the optimized condition of reaction temperature 50℃, extraction time 7 min, microwave power 600 W, ratio between solvent and substrate 1∶75. Microwave was a remarkable and economical mean in the extraction of hypocrellin from solid fermentation substrate.
