摘要: 选用16个贵州主要玉米自交系,用筛选得到的20对引物进行SSR分析。结果检测到65个等位基因,平均每对引物检测出等位基因数位为3.25。SSR标记将供试材料划分为5组,与系谱分析基本一致。

Abstract: The genetic diversity of 16 inbred lines of maize in Guizhou province was analyzed based on SSRs markers using selected 20 pairs of SSR primers. A total of 65 polymorphic fragments were detected. The average of polymorphic information content (PIC) was 3.25 for each primer. Tested materials could be classified into 5 groups according to SSRs markers, which was consistent with previous classification based on conventional methods.
