摘要:
为鉴定浙江省地方菜豆种质遗传多样性,对浙江省历年来收集到的44份菜豆种质进行13个重要农艺性状的田间调查。结果表明,浙江地方菜豆种质在生长习性、嫩荚商品性等性状上均存在丰富的遗传变异。从发表的菜豆BARCBean6K_3 BeadChip芯片中随机、均匀挑选了185个SNP转化成KASP标记,对44份种质进行基因型鉴定后获得了88个高质量SNP基因型,主成分分析和系统进化树分析发现这些种质可以分为2大类,亚群分化与千粒重高度相关,且浙江省菜豆种质以中美洲基因池为主。研究结果可进一步丰富我国菜豆遗传基础,为地方菜豆资源的高效利用和新品种选育提供科学依据,所开发的KASP标记也可为菜豆种质基础研究提供有力的遗传工具。
