摘要/Abstract

摘要： 长期以来，我国农业技术引进取得了显著的成效，但引进效率和效果低下的现象也十分突出，并未形成技术引进的后发优势。文章认为我国农业技术引进存在主体与路径不明晰、技术选择机制不完善、配套制度与理念相对落后等问题，并从改善政策环境、加强科技队伍建设、加快机制体制改革等方面提出了针对性的政策建议。

Abstract: China has obtained some remarkable progress in introduction of foreign advanced agricultural technology，but the low level of efficiency and results are also prominent，it did not form real late-developing advantages after a long time introduction. The paper has studied the main problems in the introduction of foreign advanced agricultural technology including the undefined main bodies and methods， the imperfect selection mechanism， the outdated supporting mechanism and idea etc. We also proposed some countermeasures in the following aspects as to improve the policy environment， strengthen the team construction and accelerate the innovation of mechanism system．
