环境中尿素等4种物质对土壤中磺胺间甲氧嘧啶吸附的影响

Influence of four environmental substances on absorption behavior of sulfamonomethoxine in the soil

摘要: 在实验室条件下,采用振荡平衡法研究磺胺间甲氧嘧啶(SMM)在土壤中的吸附行为,以及尿素、阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS) 、阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)和腐殖酸(HA)对吸附的影响。结果表明,SMM在土壤中的吸附分配系数Kd为18.9 mL·g-1,有机碳吸附常数KOC为466.2 mL·g-1,具有一定的移动性。50 mg·L-1尿素和阴离子表面活性剂SDBS可降低土壤对磺胺间甲氧嘧啶的吸附量,增大其在土壤中的移动性;500 mg·L-1尿素、阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB和腐殖酸(HA)也可增大SMM在土壤中的吸附。

Abstract: Sulfamonomethoxine is a veterinary antibiotic drug, which can be absorbed by soil. The adsorption behavior of sulfamonomethoxine in soil and influence of nitrate, urea, anionic surfactant dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS), cationic surfactant hexadecyltrimethyl\|ammonium bromide (CTMAB) and humic acid (HA) on it were studied. The results showed that: the distribution coefficient Kd of sulfamonomethoxine in the soil was 18.9 mL·g-1, organic carbon distribution constant KOC was 466.2 mL·g-1; furthermore, sulfamonomethoxine possessed the mobility in the soil. 50 mL·g-1 urea and anionic surfactant SDBS can decrease adsorption of sulfamonomethoxine in soil, increasing its mobility in soil. 500 mL·g-1 urea, cationic surfactant CTMAB and HA can increase adsorption of sulfamonomethoxine in soil.
