不同植物生长调节剂对大豆光合及产量特性的影响

摘要: 在大田条件下,以垦农4号为材料,通过叶面喷施植物生长调节剂SODM,DTA-6和Cc,研究了不同植物生长调节剂对大豆叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明:在喷药后5~30 d,DTA-6提高了叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率,并且显著的增加了大豆产量;而SODM则减缓了叶绿素含量的下降幅度。各处理及对照的水分效率和气孔导度的变化并没有直接的相关关系,其中气孔导度呈双峰曲线变化趋势,表现为各处理及对照在10d与20 d分别出现一高峰值。至喷药后30 d,各处理及对照的水分效率和气孔导度值变化规律一致,具体表现为:SODM>Cc>DTA一6>CK(对照)。表明叶面喷施DTA-6和SODM,调节了大豆叶片的光合特性,提高了大豆产量。

Abstract: Effects of three plant growth regulators(S0D ,Cc and DTA-6)by foliage spray on the photosynthetic characteristics in soybean (Kennong 4)were studied in a field experiment.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate and
transpiration rate were enhanced from the 5th day to the 30th day after spraying with DTA一6, thus the yield of soybean was markedly increased.However,spraying with SODM could alleviate the decrease of total chlorophyll content.Meanwhile,there was no direct correlation between the water use efficiency and stomatal conductance(Gs)in different treatments and the control.The time-course changes of Gs showed a double-trend performance in soybean ,the first peak appeared on the l0th day,and the second one on the 20th day.On the 30th clay after spraying,the changes of the water use efficiency and Gs with different treatments showed a similar trend, which was SODM>Cc> DTA一6 >CK.The above results indicated that foliage spraying of DTA一6 and SODM could regulate the photosynthetic characteristics and increase the yield in soybean.
