中国两系杂交稻的发展现状及光温敏雄性不育基因研究进展

摘要: 自水稻光温敏雄性不育系农垦58S发现以来,两系杂交稻在我国杂交稻的选育、推广与应用等方面得到快速发展,同时,运用分子生物学技术研究水稻光温敏雄性不育基因的分子机理也取得了重大的进展。文章综述了近年来中国两系杂交稻的发展现状,以及光敏雄性不育基因、温敏雄性不育基因和反向光温敏不育基因的研究进展,并对两系杂交稻的发展以及光温敏雄性不育基因的分子机理研究做了展望。

Abstract: Since the photoperiod\| and thermo\|sensitive genic male sterility line Nongken 58S was found, two\|line hybrid rice has been enormously applied in the hybrid rice breeding, popularization and application. Meanwhile, the research of the molecular mechanism of rice photoperiod\| and thermo\|sensitive genic male sterility gene has also been achieved important progress using the molecular biological technology. In this paper, we briefly introduced the current situation of two\|line hybrid rice in China in recent years and the research progress of the photoperiod\|sensitive male sterility gene, thermo\|sensitive male sterility gene and the reverse photoperiod\| and thermo\|sensitive genic male sterility gene in recent years, respectively. Moreover, the development of two\|line hybrid rice and the research of molecular mechanism of photoperiod\| and thermo\|sensitive genic male sterility gene were also prospected.
